Vivo’s upcoming V70 has appeared on Geekbench, hinting at an early global debut. The listing reveals its performance, RAM, and expected launch timeline, giving a first look at what users can expect.
Vivo V70 5G Early Performance Details
Vivo’s next V series phone, the V70, has surfaced on the global Geekbench database, signalling that the device is nearing its official unveiling. While the global launch seems close, the model is unlikely to arrive in India before 2026. The benchmark listing shares information about its performance scores, memory configuration, and software version. However, based on these early numbers, the phone may not offer a major performance jump over the existing Vivo V60.
Geekbench Scores and Processor Information
Tech blogger Anvin posted screenshots of the benchmark results on X (formerly Twitter), showing that the device carries the model number Vivo V2538. According to the listing, the V70 is expected to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, the same processor reported in earlier leaks. The phone recorded 1235 points in single-core tests and 3920 points in multi-core tests.

The chipset appears to follow an octa-core architecture that includes a primary core clocked at 2.8GHz, four performance cores at 2.40GHz, and three efficiency-focused cores running at 1.84GHz. The tested variant features 8GB of RAM and runs Android 16 out of the box. There is also a possibility that Vivo may introduce a 12GB RAM option at launch.
Expected Launch Timeline and Features
With the listing now public, the global launch of the Vivo V70 seems imminent. An announcement is likely in the first half of 2026 as this year draws to a close. The phone is expected to arrive as a mid-range model with a focus on camera performance, a signature trait of the V series. Detailed specifications are still unknown, but more information is expected to surface as the launch window approaches.
