IBPS RRB Scale 1 Admit Card 2025 Released: IBPS has released the RRB Scale 1 Preliminary Exam admit cards, opening the next phase for banking aspirants preparing for one of India’s most competitive recruitment exams.
IBPS RRB Scale 1 Admit Card Released
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has issued the admit cards for the Regional Rural Bank Preliminary Exam Scale 1 vacancies on November 16. Candidates can download their hall tickets from the official IBPS portal by logging in with their registration details.
IBPS RRB Exam Dates and Result Timeline
The preliminary examination is scheduled between late November and December 2025. Results for the prelims are expected between December 2025 and January 2026. According to the exam notice, hall tickets for the Mains examination will be released within the same period. The declaration of the Mains result along with the interview round is planned for the end of February 2026.

Age Limit for IBPS RRB Scale 1
For Group A (Scale 1), the minimum age requirement is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 30 years. Relaxations apply as per government norms:
- 5 years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates
- 3 years for Other Backward Classes
- 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities
Educational Qualifications for IBPS RRB Scale 1
To be eligible for Scale 1 posts, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference is given to candidates who possess degrees in specialized fields such as Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, IT, Management, Economics, Law, and similar areas. Knowledge of the local language is mandatory for all applicants.
Exam Pattern for IBPS RRB Scale 1 Preliminary Test
IBPS has uploaded the information handout for the online exam on its website. The preliminary test includes:
- 40 reasoning questions worth 1 mark each
- 40 quantitative aptitude questions worth 1 mark each A total of 80 marks are allotted, with 25 minutes for reasoning and 20 minutes for quantitative aptitude.
Sample papers and official mock tests have also been released. Candidates can attempt the mock test by logging in with their registered credentials.
