Maruti Suzuki Maintains Top Position
Maruti Suzuki sold 1,55,317 units in November 2025, up 19% year-on-year. Despite 35% drop from October’s record 2.39 lakh, GST cuts and new launches attracted buyers. Moreover, Maruti continues dominating passenger vehicle segment with strong demand across models.

Mahindra Claims Second Spot
Mahindra & Mahindra dispatched 54,005 units, showing 20% YoY growth. Scorpio, Thar Roxx, and 3-door Thar drove success. After trailing Tata in October, Mahindra faced 24% monthly decline but beat Tata by over 2,000 units. Therefore, SUV demand propelled this ranking leap.
Tata Motors Slips to Third
Tata Motors recorded 51,672 units sold with 22% annual growth. However, it dropped from second to third position. Company targets expanding SUV market share from 16% to 25%. On the other hand, competitive pressure from Mahindra impacted monthly performance.
Hyundai Steady at Fourth
Hyundai Motor India moved 49,295 units with modest 9% growth. Domestic sales hit 50,340 while exports jumped to 16,500 units. New Venue launch boosted numbers significantly. Meanwhile, Hyundai maintains consistent presence in top rankings.
