A major road accident took place on the Agra–Lucknow Expressway in Uttar Pradesh when a passenger bus overturned near Kanpur’s Bilhaur region. According to initial reports, three people lost their lives on the spot, while more than a dozen passengers sustained injuries. The bus was travelling from Delhi to Siwan district in Bihar when the mishap occurred.

Rescue Efforts and Police Response
As soon as the police received information, a team from the Alaur police station reached the accident site. Emergency rescue operations began immediately, and the injured passengers were taken to a nearby hospital for urgent treatment. Authorities confirmed that some of the injured are in critical condition, and there is a possibility that the death toll may rise.
