Samsung Galaxy S26 Series to Feature Faster LPDDR5X RAM
According to a recent leak shared by well-known tipster Ice Universe, Samsung plans to equip the entire Galaxy S26 lineup with an upgraded LPDDR5X RAM version capable of reaching speeds up to 10.7Gbps. This is a meaningful bump compared to the Galaxy S25 series, which offered 9.6Gbps RAM. The nearly 10 percent improvement could make daily tasks, app switching, and background processes feel more responsive.

12GB RAM Expected as Standard Across All Models
Reports suggest that Samsung will continue offering 12GB RAM as a standard option, similar to the S25 lineup. How LPDDR5X RAM Has Evolved
Samsung introduced LPDDR5X RAM in 2022 with speeds of around 8.5Gbps. In April 2024, the company refined the technology and upgraded it to 9.6Gbps using a 12nm process. Now, for the Galaxy S26 Series, Samsung is reportedly preparing an even faster 10.7Gbps version. Another important detail is that the brand will supply RAM for the entire series using its own in-house chips, which could result in better optimization and consistently smooth performance.
